OK guys This has probably been beat to death, but lets give it a shot. What towable tubes do you guys have and what does the riders think of them. I know every year for the past 6 Boating world has done a test with yungins and they write a review, comming from a guy who is 6'2" and almost 300lbs, i dont tube hardly ever. I sued to waterski in my younger years before I torn the tendons in my had and can't get myself up anymore, that and my knees can't take it. But the kids like to do it so. 3 kids aged from 13 to 4 years. we have a cheap towable with a cover but it is kinda small. I was looking at decktubes for maybe 2 riders at a time. and maybe somthing the admiral can lay on while we are ancored up in a cove. So let see what you got! |

Bought one at Dick's sporting goods when on sale, the other at Amazon because the first was so awesome. I have an inflator in the boat as they are otherwise cumbersome to transport. |

We have been using this one from WOW. http://www.wowwatersports.com/tow-it/1- ... ngo-2.html. This one has been great. I have a 3 & 5 year old that love it very stable at slower speeds, and the older kids love it also when we whip them around and try to get them off. We have put this through the ringer and has lasted so far, a lot longer than the Seedoo. The Seedoo towable that was terrible it broke every time we used it the last 2 years. the company sent us around 6 replaceable seat bladders. |

I'm on my 3rd of this one - http://www.towablesstore.com/hapifr.html They last a couple of seasons (depending on how hard you ride them). We've tried MANY others. Kids keep requesting this one. The wings make it less prone to flipping - and also make it really easy to throw from side-to-side across the wake. Good luck in your search! |

I have the same one. the only issue I find is the kids scrape up their elbows. I have a few long sleeve rash guards I take with us to help prevent scraped elbows  The Super Mabel or Chariot War Bird are on my radar, but not likely to pick one of them up. Only so much room on a 20 footer. |

Best thing I did with regard to a towable is to purchase a plug-in inflator. With a small boat (190) this allows me to quickly inflate/deflate the towable so as not to take up any room. Deflated, my super screamer fits nicely in the center keel storage area. |

We have had 4 or 5 different tubes over the past 11-12 years. Our favorite is the Airhead Viper 2 http://www.amazon.com/s/?ie=UTF8&keywords=airhead+viper+2&tag=mh0b-20&index=aps&hvadid=160353101&hvqmt=e&hvbmt=be&hvdev=c&ref=pd_sl_96z1xdigfa_e. We are on our second one. Very stable and great to sit in and float around when just hanging out in a cove. |

We have this one  Our 8 and 10 year old love it, of course we aren't trying to throw them off at their age, but even with the size of our wake it is very stable and they have a lot of fun. They also relax in it at the beach. |
