I actually have a parasail that was given to me by a friend many years ago... tried to use it once a long while back, but couldn't get the hang of it.

What's one of those worth these days?

How does the launch/retrieval work on a sport boat?

The labels on my boat specifically say not to.

Let me quote....
"Warning:
Do not use ski tow fitting or wakeboard tower for lifting or parasailing. Fittings could pull out of deck resulting in serious injury or death."

There is another one specifying not to climb onto or jump off the tower.

My gelcoat is already cracked where the tower meets the hull in the stern. If I could only get ahold of FW, it would be fixed by now!

Walt try to get hold of Village Marine LOL about your cracks. Most likely they'll contact Four Winns and have you take it to Shorelander here in Smithville. They do good work but are slow so the sooner you get it there the better. There's also a guy on Southwest Blvd. that does all of Southwest Marines work and is good. I can't find his name or number, but Southwest Marine can get it for you if you need it.

Actually, I talked to those guys at the sports show this month. Shouldn't be a prob once FW returns my calls/E-mails. I called Joe at Sportsman's today. He's making the calls to see waz up. I'd like to get it in Sat given it's supposed to be 60F. Maybe next weekend. The GF will be out of town then anyhow. Not much else to do this time of year.
