I have a '92 sundowner and I wondering if anyone has wakeboarded on one? I want to start wakeboarding but not sure if it will work with my boat. Does it have enough initial speed to get on the board? any advise is appreciated. Thanks

You can wakeboard behind an aluminum fishing boat with a 40 HP motor on it if you are patient enough. It will be fine.

I wakeboard behind our Horizon 180. I like the wake with a 50-55 foot rope. Nice ramp but not to tall. I am still learning the basics.

Used to wakeboard behind our '99 Sundowner. You will not have an issue.
