Any way to remove a mildew smell from a towable covering?

Perhaps try spraying with simple green and giving it a good soak/scrub. Then inflate all the way and let dry in the sun.

This is why we typically keep our tubes fully inflated all the time. When its left deflated, moisture gets trapped in liitle crevises and can get nasty.
