Anyone out there having any problems with their windlass on their Vista 318? We lost our anchor, rope, chain and the pulpit is totally destroyed. Aren't sure if it's a design problem or just our boat.

Ouch!

Sorry to hear that this happened!

I can't say that I have heard this to be a problem before. Hopefully this is all covered under warranty.

Was it a Maxwell Horizontal mount?
