First off, you have a 210 (3500# boat) with a 5.0. I test drove one when I was shopping, and was seriously underpowered.
If you just want to improve the bottom end a bit, you need to get data from your existing set-up. ie Drive Ratio, prop pitch, WOT RPMs and GPS speed. Plug that into this
calculator, and play with the numbers a bit until you find the desired prop. I am going to bet that "one" will be a 19-21P Stainless.
It will be best if you get to test a few props and use the data from those as well, likewise getting a better feel of where you are and what you are after.
As far as other "upgrades"... I haven't seen one worth the money for something I use a few weekends a month, a few times a year.
Good Luck!
