Could also be carbon build-up that running seafoam or a BG treatment through could help.

However, as stated previously, probably time to rebuild the carb.

Glad to hear you avoided a potential lock situation.

I'm going to try the sea foam. I'd like to if possible finish up the season and then do the rebuild.
