First time out on the boat this season and I noticed right away too much water in the bilge. Water was not coming in simply when the engine was running so I thought it has to be a leak somewhere else (drain plug). I borrowed a friends goPro and threw it in the bilge this weekend when I put the boat in at the ramp. I cut down the video to what really is my issue now I need help determining what the issue is.

At this point in the video the boat is in the water and I am backup while turning out of the ramp while I am putting the out drive the remaining way down.

What is the the cause for the "puke" of water???

Cannot see the video, you need to allow public access or host it on Youtube.

Video set to private/protected access? Without seeing it, my first guess is you've got a leaking bellows.

I can't get the video to work on either youtube or photo bucket so I got some screen grabs below. This should tell the story...

I did read through that whole thread previously. From that it makes me think (because of the volume of water) that the issue is leaking drive bellows which really pisses me off since I just replaced them last year  (sigh).

No water or traces of water in the drive bellows. Other ideas?

Is there supposed to be a seal around where the shift cable goes though the transom?

I filled the bildge with as much water as I could and no outside visible transom leaks.

If the driveshaft bellows is leaking, it has to go thru the gimbal bearing. This is not likely to allow that much water to leak into the bilge. The shift cable or the trim sensor wires pass thru the transom. The shift cable goes thru a hose attached to the inside transom bracket. Look at it, but it looks to me more like the gasket between the transom and transom shield (outside). If you can, clean the area where the transom and shield meet, and try applying a bead of 3m 5200 or a silicone sealant to that area, including under the anode on the bottom and the cap on top (if there is one). Let it cure and launch the boat and see if the leak stopped. If so, it may be wise to pull the drive when you can to check the transom and install a new gasket.

Tighten the transom nuts/bolts. I had the same waterfall as you. Read about my adventures fixing it here: http://www.smwebhead.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=13130

If you can fix it by tightening the nuts feel fortunate despite the blood sweat n tears. The alternative is the job Rick had to do...
This is one area where outboards make more sense; much less chance of leaks around the transom both from the transom mount itself and the bellows...

Well I recaulked the outside but when I went to tighten the inside bolts for the transom it just turned WAY to easy. Started to feel around and up over the plate and I could feel and pullout wood chips. :?

I hate boats.... Sigh

Sorry to hear that....
I'd evaluate the overall condition of the boat, if you decide to fix it for a transom id get a 'glass shop to do it. I went through the same thing on mine about 10 years ago with rotted deck/stringers. Transom and engine mounts were OK.
As I said many times:
Salt water does not rot wood; it is that so called pristine fresh water that is the enemy. The outdrive cut out and the 6 holes should always be sealed with epoxy. They are not, water seeps in and there you have it.
Fresh water=rot
Salt water=corrosion
I'd rather deal with replacing manifolds every 8 years or so....
