Got the clip at Palmer Marine in Houston....couldn't find one at aotu parts places.

Update, Winterizing the boat, hooked up to an external fuel tank and the pump was still whining. So, it wasn't the anti-siphon. Ordered the clip and it hasn't arrived yet. In the meantime, I installed a new fuel pump. Going to pick up a new anti-siphon and fuel line...May as well, clean it all up!

Anyway, thanks for all the input!
