Is your question posted Marc? If you are the one bidding on this, let me know so I don't raise the price up on you. If they work for you, I'll wait for the next deal to come around.
I am not bidding on this item. I have watched many of thse items that sit at unbelievably lowprices until the last hours... I suspect this will sell for around $700.

Looks to me like you and StLouisDave need to do a prop swap.

Jim we are running the same props right now.

I'm sure we have all seen this, but I'll post the link for those who have slipped through the cracks. What's funny, my 7.4 GSI is the only one that is asking for the F6 props compared to the F5. If I look at the 2000 specs, it requires the F5 props. Marc's boat is a 2001, but has the GS engine which is not even listed on the FW chart for available engines.
http://www.fourwinns.com/past_product/specsThis "fact" has bothered me ever since I bought the boat. I guess maybe my boat has a leftover 2000 motor in it?!

It looks like we need a wholesale deal on F5 props!
I thought we had to go up in numbers to get a higher rpm? ie. F7 If not then I think a set of F4's are in order for me! I was told that a prop change is about 200 rpm per pitch change.
I am happy enough with the performance out of my boat at this time (But have only put maybe three hours total on it since last Fall). As long as the rpm's are accurate on the VDO, I am not working the motor too hard and saving a bit of fuel at the same time. It planes nice and quick, an average of 45 mph semi loaded and that will get me to Sushi's in about an hour.
