In theory, yes. However, just like the engine compartment of your car/truck, powerwashing could disconnect alot of hoses, wires, etc. Plus high pressure water could get into places that hold water out under normal conditions, such as distributor cap, airfilter on carb, etc.

I would recommend hot water and dish detergent, scrub brush, rags, and elbow grease. Crank your trailer up to max, pull yer drain plug, grab some beers, and make an afternoon of it.... 8)

No you will force water into places it does not belong.... And cause yourself to have electrical issues...

Not knowing why you'd want to power wash the engine and bilge but West Marine makes a great bilge cleaner product that I put a few gallons of fresh clean water in the bilge, add some bilge cleaner, and go out on the lake making sure to do lots of turns to slosh around the cleaner. Flip on bilge pump, rinse, repeat if necessary.

I agree with Lou and I would NOT power wash the engine. Its hard enough keeping moisture from the environment out of electrical connections let alone forcing it in there at 2500psi!

I sure wouldn't go there after learning the hard way with a vehicle or two (slow learner!)
