I recently bought an 85 160 Marquise. Open bow I/O. There was no prop on it when I got it (along with a lot of stuff). I was thinking of going for a 14 1/2 X19, but was wondering if a 21 would still pull skiiers. I just dropped a brand new motor in, no torque shouldn't be a problem, just worried about too much cavitation.

Any thought? Cool Forum, by the way!

Not really. There's just not enough info to provide any direction.
This link should help. I've used it, and posted it in many threads on this site.

Well, that is more info, but I posted this last year. I have already ran the boat with what I thought.

I was just looking for what it came out with, or if someone had experience with a similar size boat with that prop.

Thanks for the helpful post, anyway. Maybe someone searching later can use it.
