So I finally changed my cap and rotor this week. Yup, first time ever.
The boat was still running fine, but I figured it was due.
I was a little nervous since the new rotor looked different than what I pulled off.
But I found this old thread and I guess that won't be a problem.

It seems to idle a little better now.
