this boat is new to me & trim tabs are non-funtional. i can hear the pump run but no movement on the tabs & of course the pump is on the front on the transsum that a monkey would have diffculty getting to. any guesses on the solution. when i purchased the boat it had been negected in the slip w/ very heavy growth on the gearcase & tab cylinders. the algae caused corrotion & a leak at the fill/drain plug on the gearcase. i wonder if corrotion is causing this malfuntion? thanks, zif001 |

If you hear the pump running and nothing is happening, I'm going to guess you don't have hydraulic fluid. Assuming that is the case you probably have a leak somewhere and need to fix it. |
