Couldn't tell any difference last time I was out . Can running with a bent prop cause damage? I've also been looking at stainless props . Do they make that much difference in performance ? They sure are proud of them . Thanks.

I think the aluminum props give and bend more than SS so if you hit something less likely to do damage beyond just the prop.

That depends on your boating style. If you have rocky areas an alu will save your lower gears but you will be changing props a lot. Its the cost of boating. Stainless definitely gives better performance. Keep your insurance paid up lol.
In salt water if you keep an I/O in the water you can be better off with an aluminum prop. Less change for galvanic corrosion. Unless you have a mercathode or Volvo's equivalent.
