That depends on your boating style. If you have rocky areas an alu will save your lower gears but you will be changing props a lot. Its the cost of boating. Stainless definitely gives better performance. Keep your insurance paid up lol. In salt water if you keep an I/O in the water you can be better off with an aluminum prop. Less change for galvanic corrosion. Unless you have a mercathode or Volvo's equivalent.
