| Post subject: | What size props for VP DP-SM Drive? |
Need a little help here. Big problems, but I'll explain more later. Anyone know the standard prop size for a H250 (H260) with a 8.1L VP DP-SM outdrive with a 1.78 gear ratio? I would really appreciate it if you guys with similar boats can relay your prop size. Or if you know the factory recommended setup for this boat configuration. I loved the ones that I had. Boat shot up on plane with minimal bow rise, great acceleration and control, top speed ~60 mph at 4600 to 4800 rpm. Now I need to figure out what they were without blowing $2k on a trial set. Thanks in advance. |
