Yeah Lou

I was REALLY torn....I wanted to do the repair...$2300 for the full transom repair wasn't really bad..BUT, everytime we took it out...the little 3.0 4 cylinder was really just NOT up to the task of pulling my older sons for skiing, or especially wakeboarding. Sure, once they got on plane it had enough top end, but the hole shot, was just a dog, and painfully slow trying to pull someone up and out. That is what made the final decision that we wanted to go bigger boat, and more horsepower.

The little 170 freedom was a great boat, but in the end, it just wasn't enough power for us, and that is what pushed us into the decision of selling the Four Winns, and getting something different.
