 Post subject: 5.0 loss of horsepower

Just bought 1990 180 Horizon with cobra 5.0 and cobra 4.3 outdrive. At WOT getting 4400 rpm which matches sticker on Motor but only running 30mph instead of 50 mph like manual states. Has 19 pitch prop, but is a dog on the hole shot. Verified mph with GPS. Sounds like running smoothly but something is not right.
