The other thing I forgot to mention, is storage conditions. If you store the boat in a dry environment it may not be an issue, but if you are in a damp climate when you winterize it fogging the cylinders will help to avoid corrosion on the valve stems and sticky valves. Damp cool air will condense on interior engine surfaces and this can cause corrosion on valve stems if not protected. Many debate the need for fogging but if the boat is stored outside in a damp environment over the winter, for sure do it.
