I searched the web high and low and this boat was one of the lowest hours I came across and the best priced. I bought in the Fall and the guy at the marina said the people would have to pay them about $2000 for winterization and storage fees so they gave me that much more off so I would take it right away. I talked to the marina salesman and he said that on Lake Winnipissaukee (New Hampshire) boaters tend to get on plane for no more than twenty to thirty minutes to get to their favorite hangout. They spend the day then return in the late afternoon or early evening. I think he said the lake was only about twenty five miles long. This is obviously what the previous owners of my boat did. I forget the "calculated" mileage but it is something like 1100 miles so they spent an awful lot of time puttering!
There is gentleman on the forum that bought a 2001 230 or 240 with only 130 hours! I think you have to know where to look to find them. I know that my next boat will more than likely come from stateside if I don't buy the SL262 by then!!!

The selection is better and if you take your time and do the research there are some awesome deals.. It helps that the Canadian Dollar is currently so high also.
