| Post subject: | Won't start |
1995 238 Vista runs running strong and then just stopped. Won't start. Replaced kill switch, anti-syphon valve and still nothing. Can hear fuel pumps start but nothing in the filter. Have run out of ideas other than replacing the 2 pumps. Checked no water in the filters or tank. Anyone have any ideas. Terry CT |

If it will start on starting fluid ... or a bit of fuel poured through the throttle body .... check the main pump ... the one at the front of the engine. Common failure (assuming this is a Volvo V8 .....). |
