Make sure you use the "M" version of the plug. The difference is the body of the plug is stainless I was told. Also, don't scream too loud when you see the cost of a distributor cap....

I know there was some debate on what plug is used on the 5.0 GXI. I just changed mine and it had ACdelco part number 41-993. Also in case know one has checked there cap and rotor on the same engine I check mine while I at it and they both quit corroded. I am going to be replacing them. I have 115 hrs. on the boat right now. Plugs didn't look all that great either. |

There is no "M" version of this plug that I aware of. I am fairly sure that the AC plugs are stainless anyway. At least the look like it. Yeah $100.00 for a cap and rotor is a little much, but what cha gonna do. |
