I took the outdrive off for inspection of the bellows, change the water pump, gear oil, engine alignment, etc. Is there anything else I should be looking for or replacing while I am at it?

If this is a dog clutch Cobra, clean out the area behind the bellcrank in the pivot housing and pack it with OMC triple guard grease.
As noted grease the ujoints, gimble bearing and put a coat of triple guard grease on the driveshaft splines. Rotate the gimble bearing by hand and make sure it turns smoothly.
Get an alignemt tool for the reinstall.
When reinstalling the drive coat both sides of the gasket with OMC gasket sealer
Use the alignement tool to get the gimble bearing lined up with the coupler (the bearing actually gimbles slightly).
Get some help to get the drive back on, it's not that easy to try to keep everything aligned while pushing it on. I built a drive stand just for this purpose.

Thanks everyone.

The bellows appear to be in good condition. Any point in changing it if it is not cracked and seems very flexible? Also, I was going to change the gimbal bearing since I was in there. Does this make sense on a boat with only 550 hours if it doesn't appear to be bad?

If it spins smoothly when you turn it with your fingers....not gritty or rough...leave it in there...it's fine...and the bellows...well I take a flashlight and look in very carefully for any sign of water...there can be grease in there from greasing the gimble...but should not be any water..if there is or you see cracks it should be replaced.
