Does anybody know if I put aluminum valve covers on my engine will I have trouble with corrosion because of the two different metals coming in contact? My boat is in saltwater. |

I would think you should be ok as long as you put a gasket between them too keep the oil in and the material from touching each other. The saltwater may dull them up a bit but keep them clean. |

Aluminum valve covers should be no problem at all. |

My King Cobra's came out with them. From 1988 till now and they are like new. |
