1994 258 Vista 5.8 Cobra SX. The drive trims up and down ok but the gauge just sits at the bottom. The needle twitches slightly but that's about it. Could it be a sender/relay problem? Thanks Mark |

I'd say sender. Mine acted the same. Serria now makes a replacement. |

Look here...part # 86 http://www.dougrussell.com/partscatalog ... ,1766,1374 on my old 88 I usually have to replace them every 2 years because of salt water use... |

Thanks guys. The PO had a new gimble bearing and seals replaced last fall. Could be the sender got disconnected. I'll have a look when they pull the boat for the survey. |
