Had issues with my engine setting off a double beep about every 2 min. and would not idle. It would run with "throttle only" but not in gear. Did some research and found that it is more than likely the IAC. I swapped it out and the engine is firing right up and idling fine; however, i am still getting the double beeps. My question is, is there a way to reset the code without having to take it to the shop to put it on a computer?

Try disconnecting the ground side of the battery for a minute or two.

*Update* Looks like I had two separate problems. One was the IAC for the motor not idling and the other was the water pressure sensor. Once I replaced the water pressure sensor the double beeps went away. Took it to the shop and put the computer on it and everything cleared with no other faults noted. 4 day weekend here I come!

Total cost after taxes: $235
$56 for the IAC
$115 for the water pressure sensor
$57 for the engine diagnostic (half hr. of labor)
