Easy job, the only tricky part (sometimes) is you have to get the old pulley off of the mount, remove the 4 bolts and spray PB Blaster in the bolt holes so it can get in between the pulley and the mount, you can use a block of wood and a hammer to tap it off gently or use a pulley puller to be on the safe side. Take a digital pic of how the accessory brackets are bolted on because the lower mounting bolts for the pump share the same holes. Took me about 1/2 hr to swap mine out last fall after 22 years of use... I also use OMC gasket sealer on the gaskets.... These typically last a long time, are you sure yours needs to be replaced?
