It looks like after owning a Volvo Penta for 5 years, I'll be back in a Mercruiser powered boat. What's a good source for factory service manuals? For my VP I had found them online and saved the PDF, being able to print what you need is VERY nice. Best place for parts? DTS / other service info? |

I use this site for all my Mercruiser research, part #'s and the few parts I have needed . Your new boat being a 2008 should have the engine and drive manuals with the boat. http://www.perfprotech.com/store/default.aspx And of course you can get your BlushGard Black VAL 07-12 gelcoat for the "Lady" Here  Good Luck.

Thanks Capn. I was wondering when you would figure the boat out since she's been marked "deal pending" since mid week. Survey Wednesday. In the 90s this week down there. I kinda figured this boat was "Plan B" if Jill's Thrill did not work out, since it was the 2nd lowest priced one on the market, and newer. I was in Ft. Myers 2 weeks ago for 8 days of vacation, and took a quick glance at the boat on our way to dinner. SW Florida Dave must have gave you the  after his picture taking and once over ?Hope "The Winns' Boy's" dropped the price somewhat for you. Are you having them do the bottom and gel coat, or having it done by your yard? |
