Any suggestions for changing coolant in closed system? Can it be vacuumed out?

First suggestion - check your existing coolant with a test strip - you may not actually need to change it!

Remove top and bottom hoses from tsat housing and water pump and there are drain plugs at the bottom of the block on each side. Drain theswe into the bilge, then into a bucket and dispose of according to local regulations. Flush out all remaining coolant with lots and lots of fresh water. Reinstall drain plugs (with a little sealant on them) and the hoses, fill up with fresh coolant.
