I have a 91 with a 2.3L omc it has an issue with a dead spot in the throttle. It will bog down and even die it I dont continue to move the throttle. I have changed points, plugs, cap, fuel hoses and anti syphon valve. I have also rebuilt the holley 2bbl carb. Idles good and runs fine at wot. Any ideas where to look would be appreciated.

If it weren't wouldn't I notice on idle? One to the few tools I don't have is a timing light to dwel meter.
