I prefer the Rapid Hitch for multiple trailers as they all require different hitch heights as well as different ball size. Correct height is very important to safe towing as well. The one I use, 6" adjustable, has a rating of 10,000lbs.  http://www.andersenhitches.com/Catalog/adjustable.aspx |

Excellent point. As it happens, the only trailers I've towed to date have all been very nearly the same height. |
