I have a 2012 24 ft funship which I have towed twice both times I've towed the hub holding the bearing oil has come loose / off completly has anyone else had this issue and how did you fix issue

Glad to say no...was it a new cap the second go round? You may try the after market see thru caps. I've been wanting to get those anyway.....sounds like a mess.

I will say that my wheels were not balanced from factory though and wore my tire tread down.....possible that bouncing may contribute due to vibration...maybe. see if you have early signs of cupping in tread. If no weights on wheel you want that corrected even if not the culprit

I swapped out the tires that came on my trailer after they cracked. I got the tires balanced then, because the ones that came on the trailer were definitely not balanced.

I also went through a set of caps, Make sure you don't over tighten, or under tighten. If you over tighten, you will strip the plastic threads, if you under tighten, the rubber seal will let some oil seep through. You can get the clear ones to monitor the oil from the expediter
