Also consider these tires should be replaced at four to five years anyway...so it will be time to start over before the wear becomes an issue. You can rotate after couple years too, which will minimize the issue too.

With added weight of motor and fuel over or behind rear axle I imagine we are getting some bowing of rear axle too. I just don't see it being worth worrying about...these trailers are what they are...and are at top end of their capacity.

I guess it depends on how bad the wear is. I've heard of people showing terrible wear after just a few trips - something obviously and terribly wrong. Based on the OP, I assumed this was like that. If it's just a matter of some slightly faster wear on one side than the other, then I agree. The leaking oil still isn't normal though.
