With the super lube system, since there is only the pressure it takes to push the grease from the inner bearing to the outer one so it's not likely to blow seals. Ive had the same ones in there since I changed the axle back in '04. The way to do it is jack up that side and spin the wheel while greasing.

Using a pneumatic gun, the chances of blowing the inner seals goes way up because the grease goes in much faster than it can push out. They say flat out not to ever use a pneumatic, but you can if you "pulse" it so that the grease gets some time to move.
