Does anyone know where I can get my hands on a 2008 FW H220 trailer repair manual? It would be nice to see some part numbers, illustrations, and basic dimensions without having to tear the darn thing apart first. Will purchase a hard copy if one exists. Thanks in advance.

What are you looking to repair?
If its brakes I think they used Tie Down brakes and they have owners/repair manuals on the Tie Down website.

Here is the actuator manual for the 70LP that my 2005 has. Not sure if it is the same or not. As far as rotors, pads, calipers, etc. I have not come across that info but have not really had to look for it either.

For starters, I'm wondering if my trailer has 10" or 12" brakes. Was hoping a 2008 FW H220 trailer repair manual would tell me that. It would also be nice to know which coupler assembly I have. Would also be nice to know more about my hubs too. Like part numbers, overall dimensions and such. I have loads of other questions but these are a few of my "biggies"....

BTW....my boat is still in winter storage right now...

I doubt that there is a comprehensive manual for what you are looking for....

I suspect that FW changes the components that they use on their trailers. I think you'll either have to call FW to ask, or more likely do a little leg-work and identify they different components on your trailer and then find the manuals for each.

My trailer has a Titan-Dico actuator and Kodiak brakes.

Good luck!

Typically 5 lug wheels have 10" brakes and 6 lug wheels have 12" brakes. The 5 lug axles are usually rated at 3500 lbs while the 6 lugs are rated at 5200 or sometimes 6000 lbs. I'd guess you have a pair of 3500 axles with 10" brakes....sometimes they put brakes on only one axle but I'd have them on both.

If you can get into the customer service section of the FW website, it has the specs listed for all the trailers including weight ratings of axles , GVWR etc...
