I would like to rewire the trailer for my Horizon 200 or 210, I forget which, it's 20' 10". It's currently a Wesbar but idk if I really need that brand. What length of 5 wire setup do I need?

I've rewired a car hauler trailer before and my suggestion would be to try and get a rough measurement off the trailer itself. Run a tape down along the length of the trailer, then across the back (left to right). Your wires will come down one side (typically the left/drivers side) and then cross over for the farthest away light (right side).

Roughly figured, if you've got a 20' boat, then your trailer is at least that, will typically be just short of 8' wide, and will have an extra couple of feet in length for the tongue. To start off, you're easily looking at 30+ feet (closer to 35) of wire. I would also get more than the minimum, so now you might as well figure 40 feet. Better to have more than not enough. And the wire will be cheap enough to afford the extra length.

Just my $.02...

i would get a 30' set. you have a V in the trailer and this lengths the run, also you will want 2-3' of wire at the tong for the vehicle connection.

You can buy a pre made harness that will fit fine. I suggest you run separate grounds to the lights.
I was too lazy to completely snake thru a ground wire to all the lights so here’s what I did:
1)grounded wire wire from the harness on the tongue
2)ran 2 ground straps from the tongue to each frame rail
3)ran a ground strap to each side running light, each tail light and the center rear light.

After doing this my trailer light problems ended. I also installed good quality LED lights.
