I'm trying to find this jack, it is a Fulton. The mount is welded on.

Most trailer supply places will carry either the weld-on or bolt-on style trailer jacks.
If that one is still good, but you lost the snap-ring holding it on, they may also have something that'll work.

A 2nd resource would be an RV place (ie: Camping World, ExplorerUSA, etc.).
