i lost a wheel with the hub still attached. poor bearing maintenance done by the prior owner. i should have checked them upon purchace but did not. so check yours! |

Great advice, Its a good idea to break down the bearings clean and repack them, add new seals if they need them whenever you buy a trailer of any kind. I recently found bought a used utility trailer got it home and found the bearings almsot dry. I added new seals, new grease and Im good to go and I know they are in good shape. |

Go to http://www.championtrailers.com there are a lot of good tech articles to read and one covers the repacking and adjusting of trailer wheel bearings. |
