As mentioned by others in the very long trailer thread, my brake line sticky hold down pads have come loose. What is the best way to reattach the brake lines, should I just cover them in rubber air hose and use zip ties? Is there a better meathod?

Mine were loose upon delivery. I like the sound of your method.

After one year (and very little use) two out of three of the sticky pads on my trailer were still adhered, so I zip tied all three to the trailer frame right over the self adhesive 'brackets'. I may go back and use apply some heavy duty sticky pad material to the one that came unstuck and zip tie it again.

In my state, they will not register the trailer with sticky pads holding the brakelines. All the lines are held with heavy duty zip locks and they have not budged.

I'm in the process of changing mine to Adel clamps. Major PITA of a project.
