Does anyone with a FourWinns (or other make) Duel axle trailer have a problem with spring eye hitting bottom of trailer frame? I have a 2009 Duel axle Four Winns trailer that came with my 2010 Funship F224 that I bought brand new. I have had a problem with the spring eye and equalizer banging into bottom of trailer frame. When going over a bump. Equalizer swings up then spring eye bangs hard into bottom of frame. This has been happening since new. Happens to front axle mostly. (When rear axle drops) I have showed this to my Four Winns Dealer a couple of times over the years. They really didn’t have an answer. I have been doing some research. One of the things was to make sure trailer is level. Just this year On level road I put a level on main frame just ahead of wheels. To get trailer level a had to buy a 1” lift tow ball hitch. Where normally everybody uses a drop hitch. (Tow vehicle is 2017 Ford F150 4x4) This seemed to help to get Equalizer a little more level. But still hitting frame when going over bumps. And NO the equalizer Shackle links bars are not flipped. Thanks for any info |

Can you post a pic or two of what's going on? BTW, I have a lift hitch also on my '15 Silverado.. |
