GF "modded" my trailer last weekend.
At least she offered to pay for the repair.

I'd say she owes you BIG. Ya know, that might be worth just leaving it the way it is.

I may keep a picture of that with me for the times when she "has a headache".

I KNOW how you feel..... the wife made the same mod to our trailer (except much worse.. ) our 3rd trip out  . Unfortunately no pics, I am probably better off for not taking any though. I got a new replacement fender a Tractor Supply, a little paint, a few bolts, a few screws, and forget about it.... Spent about $75 total and a couple of hours.. :D

That's not bad... just get a band-aid and put it over the dent to keep as a reminder to her.

That's what she asked when she told me what happened.

She was parking the trailer in a pretty full lot. Mis-judged the left side while pulling between two truck/trailers. The other trailer she hit was a galvanized toon trailer w/ no damage whatsoever.

Well it could have been worse, better the trailer than the boat.

You are quite lucky that the damage is so minor. Make an "exchange" instead of cash and leave it that way until she or you does it again and majorly tears the fender off. Then you can replace both sides with nice checkerplate aluminum ones.

Actually, you're lucky that your GF is even willing to help park the trailer. For many of us, it's apparently a one person job to do all the work associated with boating. :D
