Hi,

Got back from the lake today and noticed that one the guides (you know, the one above the fenders that stick up) was bent outwards. must have happened putting the boat on. Anyone else have this problem?

I've bent mine on the right side, twice. Both times it's happened while launching. For whatever reason, part of the hull ends up against/on top of the guide, and they aren't all that strong so they bend. I guess it's better to have that than hull damage. I've been able to bend mine back close to straight myself (close enough that you can't see it unless you're looking for it), but at winterization time I'll have the dealer try to get it a little better.

Not a big deal, bend it back...go boating! The ones on my trailer get bent all the time. They don't do much with a 288 Vista other than point out the end of the trailer when submerged.
