I'm having a problem with the lights on my 1995 four winns trailer. The lights work fine, except when I turn on my headlights, and then nothing works. I put a tester on it, and I get a continuity reading across the ground and brown (running lights). I've removed the ground, scraped the paint, and put in a new ground screw, so the ground to the trailer should be good. I still get the same problem. Any ideas where to look next? |

What type of tow vehicle? Does it have seperate "trailer light fuse"? |

I primarily tow it with a 2002 Grand Cherokee. I don't think the problem is with the tow vehicle, becuase I also tried it with my Surburban, with the same result. I tested the signal coming out of the tow vehicle, and it is working properly. The continuity problems is just on the trailer with no vehicle hooked up. |
