My hitch is rusted into the receiver. I've tried a sledgehammer, WD40, PB Blaster, and CFC Freeze Off - no luck.

Any suggestions for getting it out?

Chain it to a telephone pole (down low) and let 'er rip :)

forget WD 40...it's just a water displacer...PB Blaster has worked for me on the worst bolts on the trailer used in salt water...Kroil is the best from what I've heard...let it soak in...tap the sides of the reciever to set up vibration...spray some more...tap some more...
Once you get it out...keep it out unless you need it...I grease up my receivers and have never had a problem even in the salt belt...

good luck! I had one stuck in my old expy. Took it down to the welding shop...had a guy with some monster size arms use a slide contraption that they had to try and get mine out. basically they hooked around the ball and yanked hard....no luck. They ended up taking a torch and cutting it out ($20). If you go that route, make sure to have them clean the interior of the reciever real good so that you can slide another insert in there. If they don't, you will basically have a worthless receiver.

I'm with Lou. Hose it down with PB or Kroil (Kroil's harder to find), let it soak for a day, hose it down again, let it soak - it may take a few days but you should be able to get it out unless you've left it in way too long.

There isn't much that a Suburban and a hefty chain can't fix.
