I also use the Orange "Boot" pictured above. Great product. Only downside is that you have to undo a lug nut each time to install and remove the unit before trailering at high speeds. The manufacturer recommends removing the part that bolts to the rim before travelling. Not a big deal though. Takes 3 minutes to remove.
I also use the Master Lock keyed alike set to lock the hitch and safety pin. As well as Master Lock 3/8" wire cables to secure my wakeboard upper section to the lower section and keep a spare pin for the tounge in the truck.
Thieves will take anything they can get their hands on.
