I've had my FW trailer for about a month now and realized my right turn signal was not working. After opening up the assembly to change the bulb and finding the sealed unit I researched past posts for guidance. I opted to go with the LED upgrade since I haven't spent enough money on my new boat yet.  I stopped into Bass Pro and was lucky to find their LED Tail Light package on sale for $47. I got them and hoped to get 'em installed today but its raining. Oh well, they're waterproof, right? |

These units are perfect and a great price. They are a direct fit with no modification. Unbolt the old, bolt on the new. There are two wires on each side plus a ground. Total install took me less than an hour (most of that was waiting for the liquid tape to dry before I could run the wires back into the framing). Definitely a DIY project which greatly improves the function of the lighting system. I recommend these for everyone. |
