Somebody give me a link to a bolt-on spare-mount. I honestly can't see anywhere that would clear a 15-inch spare except in front of the fenders on my FW trailer. Jimbo |

Check mine out on the image below. It is mounted right on the bend of the rail. |

I mounted my spare on the opposite side, a little further forward. Hopefully you can tell from this image. Here is a link to a similar one that I have: http://www.westmarine.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Product_11151_10001_444382_-1?cid=chanintel_google&ci_src=14110944&ci_sku=444382 ![]() |

I bought one of these spare tire mounts for a previous boat. Worked well as it was angled to avoid contact with the bow. http://www.veveinc.com/shop/Spare-Tire- ... cking.html |

I bought mine, angled, at Cabella's a few years back. I have it mounted forward of the fenders on the Pass side. Specified <15", so not sure if I'm any help. |

I bought mine at Gander Mountain a few years ago. I used it on my 180 and took it off when sold that boat and installed it on my 210. Works great. I believe it is a Fulton. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

I bought mine from these guys (and new rims and tires for the trailer). Very helpful and I had my stuff in couple of days. http://www.sturdybuiltonline.com/Traile ... p_231.html |

Mine was mounted on the starboard side of the trailer just in front of the bend. But I have a rise at the front of my driveway (house sits lower than the street, but a portion of the driveway is higher than both). This caused the spare tire to drag on the concrete and subsequently bent the mount. In fact, I have to be careful as the lowest portion of the trailer almost drags. Anyway, I grabbed a simple u-shaped bolt-type mount from Academy and mounted my spare flat-ways on the trailer tongue. This keeps it out the way from dragging, and also provides a little bit of a step-up into the bow when launching at the lake. (Sorry, no pictures) |

(Sorry, no pictures) I thought about that, but my trailer has a removable-tongue, not the folding kind, and I need to remove it to get it into the garage. |

Not a great shot, but mine on the tongue. It does help climbing in the bow. ![]() |

I originally mounted mine similar to Aussie_Horizon... I moved it last summer similar to Berger's location... it makes it easier to keep an eye on your rear trailer tires while towing... sometimes I worry it may be too low to the ground, but I've never had a problem... |
