I went to grease my 06 trailer last night and one of the Accu-lube zerk fitting is sheared off :?: . Any one have a break-down of this hub.

Man! How did that happen? It's under warranty, I'd let the dealer take care of it. I'm sure it's just a standard zerk, but getting what's left of the old one out might be a trick.

This is probably the closest thing to a parts breakdown you'll find:

Yeah I got that already. I rather just fix it in my shop its some much easier. I'm past my 1 year i'm on my extended warranty now so it $50 each time I make a claim.

Well, the easiest thing to do might be to take the zerk out of the other hub so you can just buy one to match it. Any hardware store should have it.

Yea, an E-Z out and pick one up at the hardware store should be good.

There is an exploded view of the hub assembly in the trailer section of the owner’s manual. It’s not the best and no part numbers but better then nothing I guess.

So you need to replace the spindle? That is not a DIY job by any stretch of the imagination, unless you've been welding trailer axles for a few years. Maybe I'm misunderstanding...

No the zerk screws in a bushing that encases the bearing. I need that bushing.

OK. FW must have started using a *totally* different spindle setup in '06 than what they had been using the several years before that. Sorry I couldn't help more.

OK its offical my trailer is a POS!! Four Winns needs to stick with making boats and let trailer makers make the trailers. My guides are breaking off, zerk in the hub is broke and this weekend my crank sheared and rounded the gears (sad part is was done by a 100lbs chic).
