You should be around a 14.5 x anywhere from 19 to 23. You don't have enough power to beyond that unless you put more ponies under the hood. It really depends on what you want to use it for. Very few people are concerned with getting that last 5 mph out of it. My 261 is not a good comparison to yours. I have twins, 14.5 x 23 four blade. I could have went up or down the scale to tweak it.
Four verus three blade. You don't gain much on the bottom end and you loose on the top.

If I where to spend for new props, it would be 3 blade Steleto's. If you just have one engine. I would go with around 19 to 21.

Your welcome and I am very surprized more did not respond as there are a few with your type 241 Libby on here. There is a whole Liberator thread on Offshore Only with lots of 241's. Maybe some more input from those guys, but like I said, it depends on what use you want out of it.

I bought the boat last fall and had a buddy completely rebuild the engine as I serviced the outdrive. Just got it all back together after a lot of blood sweat and tears! The aluminum prop that came with the boat is 14 1/2 X 19. I'm looking for performance from whatever stainless prop I purchase. The Stiletto is a good recommendation...thanks for that.
