After going through my new used 88 horizon 4.3 2 barrel, I found a loose power steering line. It was 1/3 of a quart low. I just got the boat running with no power steering. Before pointing the finger at the pump, is their a method to bleed the lines or pump?

As far as I know, you just steer all the way lock to lock a few times. There may be some bubbles remaining after that, so just repeat the procedure on the next engine start-up.
